BCE organised the event in its main studio with its live broadcasting on the LU-CIX website. BCE also created a video animation introducing the company.

“When I submitted my idea about organising the LU-CIX event in BCE main studio, BCE team was pleased and motivated.
I have never had such as good services with any other event organisers as with BCE. There was a strong interaction with the technicians and organisers before, during and after the event.
I think it is important to insist on the fact that working with BCE is being part of a strong team which tries hard to provide well organised services with the best quality.
We have been in contact with technicians in the fields of sound, light and Internet broadcasting for the live transmission and with the creative team for the videos. Everything was well-prepared and there was always somebody available to answer my needs and questions.
I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the team, which even simulated the evening in order to test everything; it was a very serious work.
The logistic team helped proactively and offered almost turnkey services; I was surprised having nothing to do when I arrived on site!
