The security offered is both physical (restricted access to the storage vault, 24/7 surveillance) and electronic (total mirroring of the content, user & password identification).

- Easy and fast access to the researched archive in less than a minute with full resolution playback. The user friendly interface displays a Windows Explorer page with folders containing the A/V media content.
- Fast delivery of content to the desired location of your choice thanks to our pan-European Telecom Network. (please also refer to module 6 of DML services offered by BCE).
- Highly secure client access to the content through a firewall and personal identification of requests via user name and password.
- Automatic creation of metadata (identification code, format, data rate, time code, pointers, etc.). This allows, if you wish, an easy interface to your Media Management database.
- Secure safekeeping of the original media (tapes, cassettes, films, etc.) in our bank quality long term storage vault. The large premises can store up to 600.000 items with online tracking of the location of the media.
