Your challenge:

Based in Luxembourg, you will:

  • Perform second level IT support for our customers (remote or local) in collaboration with the service desk team (PC, Mac, printers, …)
  • Ensure efficient communication with customers and third parties until incident resolution
  • Participate in Unified Communication administration and support (telephony, messaging, video conference, collaboration)
  • Maintain technical documentation and asset database
  • Participate in Office IT changes and projects roll-out
  • Take part on regular “on-call duty” and short missions abroad

Your profile:

  • Degree in computer sciences or equivalent experience (a Bsc Degree is an asset)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Products (e.g.: Office 365 etc.)
  • Experience with SCCM, Jamf, MAC OS or telephony is an asset
  • Fluent in English/French (German or Luxembourgish is an asset)


Personal aptitude:

  • Very good communication skills
  • Experienced in working in multi-cultural and challenging environments
  • Willingness to improve skills and knowledge in new technologies
