People working for IT support in front of their computers

Your challenge:

  • Based in Luxembourg, you will perform second level IT support for our customers (remote or local) in collaboration with service desk (PC, Mac, printers, …)
  • Ensure efficient communication with customers and third party till incident resolution
  • Participate in Unified Communication administration and support (telephony, messaging, video conference, collaboration)
  • Maintain technical documentation and asset database
  • Participate in Office IT changes and projects roll-out
  • Take part of regular “on-call duty”
  • Short missions abroad are foreseen

Your profile:

  • Degree (BAC +2/3 years) in computer sciences or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Products (eg: 0365)
  • Experience with SCCM, Jamf, MAC OS or telephony is an asset
  • Fluent in English/French (German or Luxembourgish is an asset)
