- Providing 1st level support to our users or customers,
- Diagnostic problems with applications or devices,
- Be part on a regularly basis of duties (24 x 7),
- Possible short mission abroad.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft product (Windows 10, Office 0365, ADS),
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with hardware: PC, printers, servers,
- Managing PC, MAC, mobile devices via software such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF or equivalent,
- Fluent in French/English (Luxemburgish or German is an asset),
- Very good communication,
- Team player and able to work autonomously,
- Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated,
- Like to work in a multi-cultural and challenging environment,
- Willing to improve personal skills in new technologies.
